In the DMAIC Champion Training, in your role as a manager and project sponsor you will gain a clear overview of the DMAIC approach and the related role in the Lean Six Sigma context. This includes on how to strategically position improvement projects, manage them effectively, and support teams – without getting involved in the operational methodology work yourself.

This training enables you to

Modules

On the first day, you establish methodological foundations.

In the second module, you apply the methodology more deeply.

  • You learn to correctly interpret and critically evaluate project progress
