Agile Coach

In the Agile Coach training program, you’ll develop the ability to effectively guide teams and organizations on their journey toward greater agility. You’ll learn how to not only teach methods, but also provide direction as a coach, actively shape change, and create lasting impact.

Modules

In this module, you’ll develop a clear understanding of agility and your role as an Agile Coach within the organizational context.

  • You understand the core principles of agile working methods and their benefits
  • You reflect on the role of the Agile Coach at both team and organizational levels
  • You learn to categorize agile methods, frameworks, and initiatives appropriately

In this module, you’ll learn to guide teams purposefully, facilitate discussions, and effectively develop their collaboration.

  • You coach teams in typical operational situations
  • You design meetings, workshops, and interactions with clear objectives
  • You moderate, structure, and shape collaboration effectively

In this module, you’ll develop the ability to guide agile transformations in a structured manner and anchor them sustainably within the organization.

  • You create transformation roadmaps and work with target images and organizational models
  • You work with roadmaps, target operating models, and scaling approaches
  • You connect agile principles with existing structures and initiatives
  • You demonstrate your knowledge and learning in the final exam
  • You deepen and review your acquired knowledge through self-study with our e-learning formats
