The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt Upgrade Training qualifies you as an already trained Green Belt for the role of Black Belt. You will deepen your methodological and statistical competence to execute complex optimization projects. Additionally, you will acquire new skills in the area of Change Management. Furthermore, you will use AI as a sparring partner and coach for project work.

In this module, you will solidify your role as a Black Belt and develop the necessary leadership, facilitation, and change competencies for successful improvement projects.

In this module, you deepen the early DMAIC phases and systematically build your statistical analysis competence.

  • You define projects in alignment with strategy and make them measurable
  • You structure goals, customer requirements, and business requirements clearly and comprehensibly

Measure

  • You derive appropriate metrics and determine current process performance
  • You conduct measurement system analyses and assess process capability and process stability

Analyze

  • You apply hypothesis tests confidently
  • You use ANOVA to analyze more complex relationships

In this module, you lead your project from root cause verification to sustainable implementation and anchoring.

  • You use regression, correlation, and Design of Experiments (DOE)

Improve

  • You develop and evaluate solution concepts systematically
  • You use Lean and Six Sigma tools for implementation
  • You pilot solutions and prepare for implementation
