In the OKR Coach Training, you evolve from a practitioner to an enabler. After the training you are able to confidently apply OKR and to effectively support teams, leaders, and organizations in implementing and utilizing OKR to generate the value.   • You understand the difference between an OKR coach, an OKR practitioner, and a leader, and reflect on your responsibilities as an OKR coach
  • You develop appropriate implementation, governance, and scaling strategies and avoid common pitfalls during implementation

Coaching Teams to Create Effective OKR Sets

  • You support teams in developing ambitious Objectives and measurable Key Results
  • You apply suitable coaching and facilitation techniques to foster ownership and focus
OKR Alignment & Cycle Facilitation
  • You connect OKR sets vertically and horizontally, creating transparency across team and department boundaries
  • You facilitate Plannings, Weekly Check-ins, Reviews, and Retrospectives in a targeted and effective manner
OKR Communication & Elevator Pitch
  • You develop compelling arguments for the use of OKR in various contexts
  • You craft a concise Elevator Pitch for leaders, teams, and other stakeholders
Personal Transfer & Role development
  • You define concrete next steps for your continued development and the successful application of OKR in practice

At the end of the training, you demonstrate your acquired knowledge through a final assessment.
