In the AI Leadership – From Strategy to Value program, you will develop a solid understanding of how AI is transforming value creation and how to leverage it effectively within your area of responsibility. You will work on your own strategic challenges and directly translate the learnings into your organization.

In this module, you will build a common understanding of AI and its strategic relevance.

  • You identify initial opportunities and strategic questions for your area of responsibility
In this module, you will analyze your starting point and develop a clear strategic direction.
  • You assess the AI maturity of your area using a structured approach
  • You develop an initial AI strategy with a target vision, priorities, and guiding principles for your area of responsibility
Following Module 2, participants join the first fireside chat: “Sharing insights on AI strategy development”
In this module, you translate your strategy into concrete opportunities.
  • You identify AI use cases across the value chain
  • You prioritize initiatives with the highest potential business impact
In this module, you establish the foundation for successful execution.
  • You will develop a clear implementation approach for your prioritized use cases and take into account risks, ethical considerations, and governance issues
  • You know how to build acceptance, engage relevant stakeholders, and actively drive change as a leader
In this module, you ensure the long-term success of your AI initiatives
  • You transform initial use cases into a scalable approach
  • You define a concrete 90-day action plan for implementation
Following the training modules, the second fireside evening will take place, focusing on the topic “90-Day Review and Reflection on Implementation.”
