Leadership Mindset & Attitude

• You reflect on your current leadership role and develop a clear picture of your personal facilitative leadership identity
• You understand the principles of Facilitative Leadership and differentiate them from traditional leadership approaches

The 5P Process for Effective Facilitation

• You learn the five dimensions: Purpose (Goal), People (Participants), Process (Flow), Presence (Presence), and Place (Space)
• You apply the 5P process to systematically plan, prepare, and design meetings, workshops, and team situations
• You develop a sense for which of the 5 dimensions offers the greatest leverage in a specific situation

Taking care of Difficult Situations

• You recognize typical disruptions in groups early: resistance, dominant behavior, passivity, conflicts
• You learn intervention techniques to constructively address difficult dynamics
• You practice how to structure and advance facilitation even in emotionally charged situations
• You develop strategies for dealing with overthinkers, blockers, and quiet participants

Sustainable Implementation

• You create a first transfer plan for your daily leadership routine using your own example
• You learn how to establish a culture of accountability and trust
