Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

In the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training, you will gain the methodological and practical tools to successfully implement optimization projects in a corporate environment in a structured way. You will work on practical examples and directly apply the content to your own project. In doing so, you will use AI as support, e.g., for structured project setup or preparation of analyses.

Modules

In this module, you lay the content and methodological foundation for your optimization project.

Define

  • You clarify your role as a Green Belt and clearly delineate your optimization project within the organizational context
  • You formulate a clear problem statement including target state, benefit argumentation, and success criteria
  • You strategically use AI to support the early project phase, e.g., for structuring your project charter

Measure

  • You learn to derive relevant performance metrics meaningfully
  • You evaluate current process performance based on facts and create a robust data foundation for further analysis

Analyze

  • You collect and structure potential causes for current process performance

In this module, you take your project from analysis to sustainable anchoring of results.

Analyze

  • You analyze the process regarding value creation, cycle times, and capacity issues
  • You systematically identify and evaluate the root causes behind the problems

Improve

  • You develop targeted improvement approaches and derive effective measures
  • You use AI in developing and evaluating solution approaches

Control

  • You anchor the results in daily process operations and ensure the sustainability of improvements

Final Exam

  • You verify your own knowledge level at the end of the module
  • Supplementary e-learning modules for self-study: You’ll reinforce what you’ve learned before and between modules and use the e-learning modules to prepare for exams
