Secure and develop talents through an EMEA-wide development program in logistics
Initial Situation
- A global logistics company needed support to develop its talent across the EMEA region
- The skills shortage in logistics created a need for development opportunities for current and next-generation leaders across all business areas in the EMEA region, as competition for talent increased significantly
- The approach needed to align with the overarching 2030 strategy and its defined adaptive leadership model while integrating seamlessly with regional initiatives and including top-level leaders as sponsors for the participants
- The goal was to set up and implement a development program to enable talents to learn and practice self-leadership, team-leadership, and strategic alignment
