Consent to the transfer of your data to Credly, Inc., USA

For the successful participation in our training you will receive a certificate. On request, we can also issue this certificate in digital form as a so-called Digital Credential from Credly, Inc., 349 5th Avenue, Suite 726, New York, NY 10016-5019.

To issue the digital credential, we must transfer your personal data to Credly. Credly will then initially store and process your data on our behalf. If you are awarded a certificate after participating in our course, you can log in to Credly and retrieve the Digital Credential. At the same time, you give Credly your consent to process your data for the permanent verification of your certificates. In order for us to register you as a participant with Credly and give you the option of a digital credential, we need your consent to transmit your data to Credly.

We would like to point out that Credly processes your data in the USA and that the USA may not guarantee an equivalent level of data protection as the EU. Furthermore, you do not have adequate data protection rights and legal remedies to enforce your rights in the USA.

The granting of consent is voluntary. You will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not give your consent. However, you cannot be issued a digital credential without consent.
