Sustainability is very important to us at UMS. For this reason, we have taken a variety of measures to make our training at the Academy more environmentally friendly.
Here you can find out what specific changes we have implemented:

We regularly monitor our paper consumption during training and have been able to save around 54 kg of CO2 per training session over the last 4 years. In addition, we only use recycled paper.

We only use refillable moderation markers to minimise waste.

When purchasing training materials, we continuously look for more sustainable alternatives, such as environmentally friendly Tipp-Ex and environmentally friendly pens.

Our commitment to sustainable training is underlined by our Ecovadis certification. Ecovadis assesses companies in the areas of environment, social and governance and we are proud to have been awarded silver in this assessment for 5 consecutive years. This award reflects our continuous efforts to set the highest standards in sustainable training practices and to strengthen our commitment to responsible training.
